• Legal sales – We operate legally, which means we pay VAT and incur other business costs, such as laboratory tests, certifications, and proper storage.
• Availability year-round – We ensure that our honey is available throughout the year, which requires proper storage and logistics, rather than selling it "cheaply" during the season.
• Production costs – Maintaining a beekeeping operation, proper bee feeding, and caring for the health of the bee colonies, while following natural production methods, comes at a cost.
• Beekeeping ethics – We do not engage in practices that lower the quality of honey to achieve lower prices.
  If you come across honey or pollen that is significantly cheaper, it’s worth considering its quality and origin.

What is the difference between black buckwheat honey and unheated buckwheat honey?

Answer:
Black buckwheat honey refers to mature buckwheat honey, which may have a darker color due to longer aging. Its taste and properties are more intense.
Unheated buckwheat honey means it was poured without heating. It naturally crystallizes and may have a more grainy texture.

How much does the honey in your 900 ml jar weigh?

Answer:
In our 900 ml jar, the honey weighs from 1.2 kg (net).
1 liter of honey weighs between 1.38 kg and 1.45 kg.
This honey does not contain excess water and meets all quality standards, ensuring its long shelf life.

Is your honey heated?

Answer:
We use gentle heating of honey up to a maximum of 39°C, which is completely safe for its enzymes and health benefits. If you prefer honey that has never been heated, we offer products marked as "unheated."

Do you offer honey straight from the hive?

Answer:
Yes, we offer fresh honey straight from the hive during the season, such as rapeseed or acacia honey. Over time, honey begins to crystallize, which is a natural process.

What types of honey do you offer?

Answer:
We offer a wide variety of honey, including:

• Multi-flower honey – mild, suitable for children and allergy sufferers.
• Rapeseed honey – supports heart health.

Shipping costs depend on the order size. We usually process orders within 24-48 hours, but during the season, it may take a bit longer. Packages are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I buy honey wholesale?

Answer:

How should honey be stored to retain its properties?

Answer:
Store honey in a dry, cool place (10-18°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Seal the jar tightly after each use. Crystallization is a natural process, and if you want to liquefy honey, gently heat it in a water bath up to 39°C.

Is your honey suitable for people with allergies?

Answer:
Our honey is natural and pure, making it safe for most people with allergies. Multi-flower honey is often chosen by allergy sufferers, but in the case of severe allergies, we recommend consulting a doctor before consumption.

Absolutely not. Our honey is 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives, or artificial colorants. As beekeepers, we care about the quality and authenticity of our products.

What are the properties of linden honey?

Answer:
Linden honey is valued for its:

What does it mean that honey is "unheated"?

Answer:
"Unheated" honey means it has not been subjected to any heating after harvest. It is poured directly after extraction, which helps preserve its full structure and all valuable properties.
